Web design and SEO on the Costa del Sol
From Málaga to Estepona, the Costa del Sol sells to customers who often don't live here yet. Your website is the first thing they see, and they usually see it in English.
A third of homes are bought from abroad
In 2025 foreign buyers bought about 33% of homes in Málaga province, one of the highest shares in Spain, and Marbella hit a record price per square metre. For an estate agent or developer, that means buyers are searching from London, Stockholm or Milan, comparing from the sofa, and only calling whoever earns their trust online. Slow listings, small photos and machine-translated copy lose sales you never find out about.
English first, and not only for tourists
Nearly 30% of international visitors to the Costa del Sol are British, and almost 50,000 British residents are registered in the province, alongside a growing Italian community. In towns like Benahavís, more than half the residents are foreign. A clinic, a lawyer or a language school here has resident customers who search in English all year, not just in August. That changes the site: it needs pages written for people who live here, not only for people passing through.
Málaga, Marbella or Fuengirola: every search is different
Hardly anyone types "Costa del Sol" when they need a dentist or a plumber. They type their town. So a local site here needs a structure built around the real places you serve, a properly set up Google profile, and reviews in both languages. If you have holiday lets, the Andalusian tourism register code (VUT/MA/…) has to appear in all advertising, your own site included. In Málaga city, new licences have also been frozen since July 2026.
Common questions
Are you based in Málaga?
No. We live in Mallorca and Cyprus, and work with the Costa del Sol remotely, over video calls. We'd rather tell you before you have to ask.
Can you build an estate agent site with property listings?
Yes. We connect your CRM or property feed to the site and focus on what matters most in this sector: fast listing pages and good photos.
Which languages?
We write English and Spanish ourselves. If your buyers are Scandinavian, German or Italian, we can translate into those languages, and before launch we ask a native speaker you trust to check them.
How much does it cost?
The Launch Site is €890 and the business site with your catalogue or properties connected is €1,490. Monthly SEO starts at €290.
